COVID-19 Update

A message to our clients.

The COVID-19 virus is dominating the news cycle, and it must also be dominating your personal and professional conversations. BaitCloud is no different; we are actively implementing our response to this situation while operating in an environment of considerable uncertainty.

We wanted to take the opportunity to reach out to our clients to make them aware that we will be taking the following actions commencing March 24, 2020. These include:

• Closing our doors commencing March 24, 2020 until further notice.
• Production may have stopped for now but we have not. Here are a few things we are and have been working on. Moved our head office to a new location north of Toronto, upgrading our manufacturing equipment, additional marketing support and finally reviewing our policies, procedures along with our process to ensure that we can support you and our community with best in class product and service when we are able to ramp up production again. 

We intend to remain available by phone and email to answer any questions you may have or to take any online orders. We assure you that our commitment to our clients and communities remains strong and focused and we will continue to serve you with the personal attention you are used to.
